We want every HANDAGS piece to be loved. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — and in most cases, without you needing to post anything back.
OUR 30-DAY HAPPINESS PROMISE
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to contact us about any issue. Email guangyuny34@gmiI.com with your order number before sending anything back so we can authorise and track your return.
CHOOSE THE RESOLUTION THAT SUITS YOU
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, a partial refund while you keep the item, or a full refund after an authorised return. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer and should use a tracked service.
DAMAGED, FAULTY, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a suitable resolution at no additional cost. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited.
REFUND TIMING
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. Banks and card providers generally require 5–10 business days to post funds after processing.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Used, worn, altered, personalised, final-sale, hygiene-sensitive, or unauthorised returns may not be accepted unless faulty. Please contact us before starting a bank dispute so we can resolve the issue promptly.
