CANCELLATION POLICY
You may request to cancel or change an order within 24 hours of placing it. Contact Customer Support immediately and include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
CANCELLATION WINDOW
After 24 hours, once an order enters processing, packing, or shipping, we may no longer be able to cancel it. Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled and may instead follow the Return Policy if eligible.
HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION
Email guangyuny34@gmiI.com as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. We will confirm whether the cancellation or change can still be made.
REFUNDS
Accepted cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Your bank or provider may require several business days for the funds to appear.
EXCEPTIONS
Custom-made, personalised, made-to-order, already shipped, or third-party-fulfilled orders may not be cancellable once production or fulfilment begins.
PARTIAL CHANGES AND NON-COLLECTION
Partial cancellations follow the same process. Orders not accepted or collected from the courier may be treated as completed, and return shipping or restocking costs may be deducted where lawful.
